Hosting Workshops and Performances at ME GOODY Space

At ME GOODY Space, we occasionally open our first floor to creatives who want to host workshops, performances, and community sessions. Over the past month, our space near ICON SIAM welcomed a variety of activities: the “Film and Flower” bouquet-making workshop in early October, a live music performance by the artist collective PRAA during the Breathe Exhibition, and later in the month a cozy “Float and Found” D.I.Y. keychain workshop. Each event brought its own energy and audience, showing how flexible and welcoming the ME GOODY creative space can be.

What makes the first floor special is its ability to adapt to different formats. For the flower bouquet workshop and the D.I.Y. keychain session, the room was arranged with tables and chairs, creating a calm and friendly environment where participants could chat, laugh, and easily get to know one another. For the live performance, the space was completely cleared–transforming it into an open stage where music and movement filled the room. This change shifted the entire atmosphere: instead of quiet conversation, the audience’s attention was fully focused on the performers, creating a shared moment of concentration and artistic excitement.

The second floor also recently proved its versatility during the improv.exercise session. To prepare the space, we moved some furniture aside to create an open area for movement and group activities. The second floor’s warm lighting, intimate layout, and cozy interior helped participants feel safe enough to step outside their comfort zones – an essential part of any improvisation workshop. For many, the room itself contributed to a sense of trust and openness, allowing them to explore new sides of themselves.
